    Use of YourVid's content in Artificial Intelligence and Reservation of Text and Data Mining

    YourVid GmbH holds exclusive licenses to over 200,000 works and sound recordings protected by copyright.

    YourVid GmbH explicitly disallows any use of our catalog for the development and training of AI without a licence. Reproduction or other use of said works for the purposes of developing and training AI technologies requires a license from YourVid GmbH, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law.

    YourVid GmbH expressly reserves the right to engage in text and data mining in accordance with section 44b (3) UrhG (German Copyright Law) implementing article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790. Consequently, to the extent training and developing AI encompasses text and data mining of works YourVid GmbH holds or represents the rights to, such text and data mining requires an explicit licence from YourVid GmbH.
